Mini Sandwiches :Simple & Comforting Party Food

Party's are fun to have when we come up with simple food that people love to have anytime. There are times in the past when I have gone over board and prepared too many things and wondered why I stressed out when most people enjoy the most simple comforting food. At all party's that involve kids I prefer to have mini sandwiches on the menu. Butter, jelly(jam), nutella, cucumber, mint chutney, sweet chutney, tomato chutney, mango chutney filled sandwiches disappear faster than one would think. Sometimes you might be shocked to see that adults enjoy it a lot more than the kids. I usually make them into mini squares, rectangles, triangles, circles( a bite size) and the kids are amazed to see these shapes. My entry to Perfect Party Dishes hosted by Dhanggit's Kitchen for her daughter's first birthday party.

Gadgets:

Cutting Board
Serrated Knife
Spoon
Off set Spatula

Ingredients: ( Everything Store Bought)

Bread slices - any kind that you like
Jam/Jelly/Preserve - Strawberry, Apricot or any other Kind
Butter - Unsalted Mint chutney
Sweet Chutney
Mango Chutney
Gooseberry Chutney - (from Ikea, its amazing)
Tomato Chutney
Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread)
Hummus

Preparation:

1. Remove the corners in each slice of bread.

2. Apply any kind of the above spreads that you would think your guests would enjoy.

3. Cover it with another slice with the same bread and cut into mini shapes or even use cookie cutter to get to the party based theme.

4. Serve them in big trays.
