Healthy Mutter Paneer Made Easy

Sunday, October 12, 2008

I am sure there are 100's of methods to prepare mutter paneer. Today for lunch I was juggling between making paneer makhanwala and mutter paneer. In the end mutter paneer won because its been ages since I made it. Personally, I was aiming at preparing a healthy version of this side dish. This healthy version is easy to prepare, very flavor full and tasty. I served it with store bought flat bread, rice and raita for lunch. Could you please suggest as whats the difference between shahi mutter paneer and normal mutter paneer , is it cashew thing which makes the difference, however I liked adding cashews to the dish. I am sure this is going to add good taste to the dish. Thanks for the recipe.
