Spinach Tomato And Feta Cheese Pizza On Naan: Inspired by Ingredients From Trader Joes

Written By Srimathi Mani on Monday, September 30, 2013 | 11:27 AM

Its been a very intense month. I have been so busy working on doing all the work needed to start my own catering business. I am so excited about this opportunity and I am looking forward to serving the people in my community. As you all know I love shopping at Trader Joe's. They have the most creative personnel who hand out food samples. One such person in Angelica, a very cheerful and friendly person who created this awesome pizza. She had a bunch of things from the store shelves that she used to make this pizza in minutes. I could not help but buy all the ingredients and make it for my daughter. Last week I added this to her lunch box along with the strawberry smoothie and guava. Apart from that pizza, the simmering sauce that you find at TJ's can be used as the base sauce for paneer dishes. My entry to the event I am hosting this month. Thank you Swathi for giving me an opportunity and to all those who contributed and sent in your recipes to the lunch box event
